Quick Cleaning agrees to perform the work specified by the Client in professional manner using every care to accomplish a satisfactory service. By ordering Quick Cleaning services via telephone, e-mail, fax or website the client is agreeing to be bound by Quick Cleaning Terms and Conditions of Service.
Quick Cleaning reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice. Please check our website for updates.
REGULAR DOMESTIC/OFFICE CLEANING
We require a minimum of 3 hours per visit. Customer must provide a list of cleaning tasks and all required cleaning equipment unless agreed other. All equipment must be safe for use and in good working order. If customers do want to be supplied with cleaning equipment and material a surcharge will apply. All estimates made on the day of the booking are for illustrate purposes only, they are based on estimates for similar property and service and the quote includes only labour unless agreed with QuickCleaning.
Payment:
The client must pay to Quick Cleaning £8.00 per hour and the service is subject to signing a Cleaning Service Agreement. The price is subject to change by QuickCleaning with 2 weeks notice if any circumstances changed. £30 booking fee is required for Regular Domestic Services. The booking fee is an up front payment and is deducted from the final monthly invoice if the clients do not have any unpaid bills. The deposit must be paid by credit/debit card only. If a client prefers the cleaner to collect the keys from a third party’s address, then he/she will be charged an extra £10 for each cleaning visit. If the client orders a trial first instead of regular domestic services then he/she must understand that all trials are charged as One off visits. All payment must be made by debit/credit card, cash or cheque at the end of the month upon receipt of a monthly invoice within 14 days. If paying by credit/debit card the card is charged on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis according to the client's balance for the number of cleaning hours and interval between visits. By booking the service Client agrees to authorize Quick Cleaning to charge any outstanding balances on the credit/debit card used to book the service.
ONE-OFF/SPRING CLEANING
A Cleaning Order Confirmation is required before work commences. All estimates made on the day of the booking are for illustrate purposes only, they are based on estimates for similar property.
The minimum requirement is for 4 hours per visit. The Client must supply the tasks list, cleaning materials and equipment unless agreed with QuickCleaning. Quick Cleaning cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful cleaning visit if the cleaning stuff is not supplied in full working order.
Payment:
The Client must pay to Quick Cleaning £10.00 per hour/per cleaner for one-off cleaning visit. £15 booking fee is required. The booking fee is an up front payment and is deducted from the final bill. The deposit must be paid by credit/debit card only. In case of a complaint, Quick Cleaning requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. No claims will be entertained after the above time limit.
Quick Cleaning reserves the rights to amend the initial quotation for up to 30% if the client’s requirements change on the day of the visit or if the state of the property is different from the information received on the day of the booking.
Customer must secure a car parking and if the Clients address falls into the Congestion Charge Zone an additional £5.00 charge may apply. If a client prefers the cleaner to collect the keys from a third party’s address, then he/she will be charged an extra £10. By booking the service Client agrees to authorize Quick Cleaning to charge any outstanding balances on the credit/debit card used to book the service.
MOVE IN CLEANING
A Cleaning Order Confirmation is required before work commences.
The minimum requirement is for 4 hours per visit.
The Client must supply the tasks list, cleaning materials and equipment. Quick Cleaning cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful cleaning visit if the cleaning stuff is not supplied in full working order. Any building work or washing walls, ceilings, balconies and etc. must be required from our Great team cleaning of labourers, painters and etc. Washing up/laundry is not included in Move in/out cleaning. The place must be vacated from all the furniture.
As part of this type of cleaning we will do:
Clean all windows, window frames, sills from inside.
Clean all skirting and wash the doors.
Wash all sockets and switches.
Clean all skirting boards.
Clean all kitchen, bedroom, living room and etc. cupboards inside and out.
Clean and polish all kitchen, bedroom, living room and etc. surfaces and wooden works.
Clean toilets inside and out.
Wash the tiles and all basins in the bathrooms.
Hoover and mop all floors and stairs.
Make sure all the property is dust free.
Payment:
The Client must pay to Quick Cleaning £12.00 per hour/per cleaner for a move in cleaning visit. £15 booking fee is required. AFTER BUILDERS CLEANING
A Cleaning Order Confirmation is required before work commences.
The requirement is for minimum of 4 hours.
The Client must supply the tasks list, cleaning materials and equipment. Quick Cleaning cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful cleaning visit if the cleaning stuff is not supplied in full working order.
The cleaning after building works recently done normally takes twice as the normal time to clean a property.
Any building work or washing walls, ceilings, balconies and etc. must be required from our Great team cleaning of labourers, painters and etc. The place must be vacated from all the furniture and working builders, otherwise we can not be held responsible for the quality of our service.
As part of this type of cleaning we will do:
We will remove all labels from bathroom, windows, toilets and kitchen.
Clean all floors of any paint and plaster.
Clean all windows of any paint and plaster.
Clean all windows, window frames, sills from inside.
Clean all skirting and wash the doors.
Wash all sockets and switches.
Spot clean walls and ceilings.
Clean all skirting boards.
Clean all kitchen, bedroom, living room and etc. cupboards inside and out.
Clean and polish all kitchen, bedroom, living room and etc. surfaces and wooden works.
Clean toilets inside and out.
Wash the tiles and all basins in the bathroom.
Hoover and mop all floors and stairs.
Make sure all the property is dust free.

CARPET CLEANING
A Cleaning Order Confirmation is required before work commences. All estimates made on the day of the booking are for illustrate purposes only, they are based on estimates for similar property.
Payment:
Minimum payment of £40 is required.
Quick Cleaning charge:
£15 for single bedroom
£25 for double bedroom
£25 for living room/dining/lounge
£20 for staircase /per level/
£15 for hallway/landing
£10 for bathroom
£7 for toilet

All outstanding balances are payable by cash or cheque on the day of the cleaning visit (except Regular Domestic cleaning). If paying by cheque please note that the cheque must be payable to Quick Cleaning. It’s client’s responsibility for all the bank and legal charges resulting from a dishonoured cheque.
The customer also agrees and authorises Quick Cleaning to charge any outstanding amounts owed to Quick Cleaning for the services carried out, including the parking fees and congestion charge (if any) from the credit/debit card provided to Quick Cleaning.
Please note that 3% processing charge may occur if paying outstanding balances by credit/debit cards.
CANCELLATION
Regular Domestic Cleaning
Either party may decide to terminate this contract after 3 months of service, two weeks written notice from the Contractor or from Client must be given in order for the termination to be effective.
If the client requires canceling the service without the two weeks notice the booking fee taken on the day of the booking will be used as a cancellation fee (not refundable in this case) and all the hours done by the cleaner will be charged at rate of £10/hour. Once taken the booking fee is only refundable if QuickCleaning is not able to provide the client with a service or if the client cancels the services within 24 hours of the booking date.
Our cleaners work any day of the week including Bank Holidays. If your cleaning visit is due on a Bank Holiday and you haven't called or e-mailed to cancel the visit, the regular amount due for that cleaning visit will be charged regardless of whether the cleaner has cleaned your property or not.
The Client agrees not to pay money directly to any cleaner sent to the Client by the Contractor, as all money must be paid to the Contractor through the Contractor’s bank account, cheque or online banking.
The Client is charged on a monthly basis according to the client's request for number of cleaning hours and interval between visits. The Client will be notified by telephone or in writing which ever is appropriate, if there is any change in cleaner providing services to the Client.
The Client agrees not to directly employ or offer work to the cleaner of the Contractor, as this will be a direct breach of this agreement. If the client wish to employ a cleaner directly, the client must pay £1000 fee to the Contractor.
The Client may cancel/skip a cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise If not notified on time Quick Cleaning will charge the full amount for the cleaning visit and no refund can be claimed.
In case of a complaint, Quick Cleaning requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. No claims will be entertained after the above time limit.
If the Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge. If the client is dissatisfied again the agency will replace the cleaner and the client will not be charged for the first visit of the new one.
One off/Spring Clean/Move in/Out Clean/After Builders Cleaning
If the client has booked a One off/Spring Clean/Move in/Out clean with us and requires to cancel the service the booking fee taken on the day of the booking will be used as a cancellation fee and is not refundable.
